Television actor Ridhima Pandit has put an end to speculations about her dating star cricketer Shubman Gill, asserting that she doesn't even know him personally. Rumors about their relationship had been circulating on social media, prompting Ridhima to address the issue directly.
Recently, Ridhima took to Instagram to debunk the rumors, stating, “Good morning. I have been woken up by a barrage of calls from journalists, and this has never happened. A lot of them want to know about my upcoming marriage, but to whom? No, nothing is happening. Go on with your day. I will tell you if something happens.”
In an interview with Filmygyan, Ridhima reiterated that there is no truth to the dating rumors with Shubman Gill. She clarified, “No (about dating Shubman)! Firstly, I don’t even know him. I think he’s an amazing sports person, but main unhe jaanti nahi (I don’t know him). Jab main kabhi unhe milungi, I am pretty sure hum log hasenge iss baare mein (If I ever meet him, we will laugh about this). I think he is very, very cute, but unfortunately, there’s nothing that is happening.”
Addressing the impact of these rumors on her personal life, Ridhima expressed concern in an interview with E Times, stating, “I am single and ready to mingle, but because of these rumors, probable suitors now won’t come forward I think. I do want to get married and settle down.”
This clarification comes amidst previous rumors linking Shubman Gill to personalities like Sara Tendulkar and Sara Ali Khan, which were also refuted by the individuals involved.
